This site is dedicated to keeping a record of my thoughts and observations on my journey in Masonry.

My name is Josh Le Vesque.  I am a Management Consultant in Southern California and I am a Master Mason.  I was initiated in May 2007 and, for several reasons, walked away from the Craft.  When I returned, I felt an incredible urge to “catch up” on everything I had missed.  I am a member of the Philalathes Society, the Southern California Research Lodge, and several other organizations dedicated to the pursuit of further light in Masonry.  I have served as an officer for many years and served as Master (full title is “Worshipful Master”) of Redlands Masonic Lodge #300, F&AM, under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Californa from 2020-2022.  In February 2025, I was installed Master of the newest Masonic Lodge in California, Oasis of Light, U.D. #2060.  As an officer, I write articles for our Trestle Board and have chosen to share them, as well as other thoughts, publicly here.
